Our innovation ecosystems with startups
Secure in the belief that collective intelligence and innovation are critical to resolving current environmental and societal issues, BG and UBS have joined forces to work alongside up-and-coming startups by creating the Boost My Startup Challenge.
The annual initiative gives Swiss startups the opportunity to work together and innovate based on shared ideas and experiences.
BG Group has created this ecosystem for Swiss startups for the purpose of jointly developing new products and services for its customers, while UBS contributes its network of investors and financial expertise.
The startup challenge is one of the cornerstones of our open innovation approach. This ecosystem enables startups to broaden their commercial horizons. We help them to grow, give them access to our network and promote the development of sustainable products tailored to the specifications of our customers.
The winner of the Boost My Startup Challenge 2021 is Urban Sympheny!
We also work alongside Treatech to develop hydrothermal gasification technology as part of our innovation process.
